We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

Prior to return, authorization must be obtained. To receive a return goods authorization, please contact customer service at sales@northstatesales.com or by calling 336-275-9578. Please write the RGA number on the return to ensure proper credit is issued.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

All returns must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

Freight charges are nonrefundable.
